  • Le leader politique colombien Jorge ELIÉCER GAITÁN l’accueillit avec d’autres dirigeants d’étudiants cubains. Ils l’informent leur but d’organiser un Congrès latino-américain d’Étudiants à Bogotá. Ils conviennent de se réunir à nouveau le 9 avril.
